APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.94916 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 15th day of January 2026 Peter A. Fenili & Veronica Jean Fenili of Smith, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.08 c.f.s., 38.87 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 12340, Certificate 3452. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 29, T11N, R24E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 29 bears S 22 degrees 49 minutes 38.8 seconds E, a distance of 4,369 feet (approx. 1 mile NE of SR208 and SR338 in Lyon County, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 18, T11N, R24E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of Section 13, T11N, R23E, MDB&M bears S 73 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds W, a distance of 10,984.2 feet.
