APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.94840 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 24th day of November 2025 Pilot Metals Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.0 c.f.s., 1,447.94 a.f.a.; 0.181 c.f.s, 130.855 a.f.a. (Consumptive use), of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 87850. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 16, T6N, R37E, MDB&M, further being described as 38.38349° N, 117.86864° W (approx. 13 miles E-SE of Mina, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 30, T6N, R37.5E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of Section 32, T7N, R38N, MDB&M bears N 36 degrees 16 minutes 53 seconds E, a distance of 32,043 feet.
