BID NOTICE Sealed 2026 Road Paving Project bids will be received by the Peters Township Board of Supervisors, Franklin County, Pennsylvania until March 24, 2026, at 3:00 P.M., prevailing time and opened at 7:00 P.M. at the Peters Township Municipal Building, 5000 Steele Avenue, Lemasters, PA. The Peters Township Board of Supervisors requests sealed bids for paving projects. Bid packets are available at the Peters Township Municipal Building between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Mon., Tues., & Thur. The scope of work to be performed is generally described as paving the following Road in Peters Township: McDowell Road from SR 416 to gas pipeline, approx. 6,200' x 21 ' Replace CMP Paving to include scratch leveling and wearing course Shoulder backfill Proposals shall be upon bid forms furnished by the township. Bids shall be accompanied by certified check or performance bond in the amount of (10) percent of the bid made payable to Peters Township. Bids shall also include a non-collusion affidavit on forms supplied by the township. Peters Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
