Lefkowitz, J.S.C., as follows:   To: Dudley Barnes the sum of $667,668.66 as and for his distributive share of a cause of action of the wrongful death of the decedent.   b) That the filing of a bond be dispensed with.   c) That the 2nd amended account of DUDLEY BARNES, as Administrator of the Estate of STEPHANIE BARNES, deceased, be judicially settled; and   d) Granting such other and further relief as to this Court may seem just and proper.   Date and Attested:            HON.
