Defendants, Jose Olvera, and the unknown spouse, if any, of Jose Olvera, whose last known address is 1227 Shady Lane Rd., Columbus, OH 43227 and 1028 Legacy Lane SW, Pataskala, OH 43062 and 974 Colgate Rd., Columbus, OH 43213; the unknown surviving spouses and unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of Jose Olvera and/or the unknown spouse of Jose Olvera, if they be deceased or remarried, and whose last known addresses are unknown; the Unknown Tenants, whose last known address is 1227 Shady Lane Rd., Columbus, OH 43227; and the unknown surviving spouses, heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, successors and assigns, if any, of the Unknown Tenant, whose last known addresses are unknown; will take notice that the Plaintiff filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio, 345 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215, seeking foreclosure of its lien interest in the real property located at 1227 Shady Lane Rd., Columbus, OH 43227, Parcel No. 010-100160-00; seeking a monetary judgment against the real property plus all interest, fees, costs, assessments, and any other equitable relief; and for the real property to be sold and to apply the proceeds to these claims. The Defendants are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. If the Defendants fail to respond timely, judgment by default will be entered against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
