SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF Rockland, US Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee for VRMTG Asset Trust, Plaintiff, vs. The unknown heirs-at-law, next-of-kin, distributees, executors, administrators, trustees, devisees, legatees, assignees, lienors, creditors, and successors in interest, and generally all persons having or claiming, under, by or through the decedent Betsy Norton Barrios by purchase, inheritance, lien, OR OTHERWIESE, ANY RIGHT TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE PREMISES DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN, ET AL., Defendant(s).
Pursuant to an Order & Judgment duly entered on February 9, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Rockland County Courthouse, landing above the vestibule between Courtrooms 1 & 2, 1 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 on April 20, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., premises known as 90 Middletown Road South, Pearl River, NY 10965. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in Pearl River, Town of Orangetown, County of Rockland and State of New York, Section 69.17, Block 1 and Lot 75. Approximate amount of judgment is $571,400.49 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 031284/2023. Cash will not be accepted.
