Said tax sale certificate was recorded in the Clerk's Office of Cumberland County on December 16, 2014, in book 4124, page 243, as instrument #474979. YOU, DEBRA MORAGNE, are made a defendant in the above entitled action because you are the residuary beneficiary of Estate of Albert J. Bailey .
