NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Buckeye Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and the Buckeye City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, both to be held at the Buckeye City Council Chambers, located at 530 E Monroe Avenue, at 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing all persons for or against the following request:
Case No. PLZZ-25-0012: Request by Gilbert Blilie PLLC, on behalf of the property owner, for the approval of a Community Master Plan Major Amendment to amend the Sundance Community Master Plan. The proposed amendment is to add 8.3 acres to the Sundance Community Master Plan with a Commercial land use designation for the purpose of a multi-family residential development. This request is for 8.3 acres west of the southwest corner of Dean Road and Yuma Road, and a portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 1 North, Range 3 West of the Gila And Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and Parcel 2, located within a portion of Northwest Quarter Of Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 3 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona.
