NOTICE OF HEARING FOR AN ADDITION TO THE ESTRELLA DELLS 1 IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been filed with the Clerk of the Board of Directors of Maricopa County, praying for Addition No. 3 to the Estrella Dells 1 Improvement District, under Title 48, Chapter 6, Article 1, Arizona Revised Statutes, 1956, that the boundaries of the proposed addition are as follows: Area: South Half (S2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township One (1) South, Range Two (2) West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona. (80.0 Acres +/-) To include: The improvements shall consist of accepting the proposed Addition No. 3, as described in ITEM NO. 1 above, into the existing Estrella Dells 1 Improvement District for the purpose of providing domestic water service. All lines and appurtenances are existing and approved or will be installed at no expense to the existing district. Properties within this addition shall be responsible for their proportionate share of the costs for operation and maintenance of the Estrella Dells 1 water distribution system, including facilities added with this new addition. The existing water distribution system is owned by the Estrella Dells 1 Improvement District.   That said, the Board of Directors has fixed the time and place of hearing on the addition at the Board of Supervisors’ Auditorium, 205 West Jefferson Street, Phoenix, Arizona, at 9:30 A.M., March 25, 2026. All interested property owners may appear at said hearing and be heard on any matter relating to the addition to the Improvement District. Any person wishing to object to the hearing on any matter pertaining to the establishment of an addition to the Improvement District may file his written objections with the said Clerk of the Board of Directors before the said date set for hearing.
