ARIZONA HEALTH CARE COST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM, an agency of the State of Arizona, Plaintiff(s),
vs.
RAYMONDO O. LOPEZ, JR.; ARTOS HOLDING, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company; JOHN AND JANE DOES I-X; DOE BUSINESS ENTITIES I-X; PARTIES IN POSSESSION I-X, IF ANY; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, OR SUCCESSORS OF THE AFORENAMED DEFENDANTS, if Deceased, Defendant(s).
UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF EXECUTION AND ORDER OF SALE issued out of and under the seal of Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona, on the 12th day of November 2025, and to me as Sheriff of said County duly directed and delivered in the above entitled action:
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of June, 2024, the above-named Plaintiff recovered a Judgment in the above-styled Court against the Defendants, Raymond O. Lopez, Jr., Artos Holding, LLC, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Successors of the above-named Defendants, as follows:
A TEFRA lien in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $395,792.36, plus costs of Sheriff's Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien against the Defendants, on the following described real property, to-wit:
LOT 62, DANIEL MANOR NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER, IN BOOK 161 OF MAPS, PAGE 20.
AKA: 939 E. Caldwell Street, Phoenix, AZ 85042.
That the period of redemption of said Defendant-Mortgagors, their successors in interest and all of them be limited and restricted to thirty (30) days after the date of sale in accordance with A.R.S. 12-1282 (A) as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 26th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 A.M. at 301 West Jefferson Street, Room 250-8*, in the City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, State of Arizona, I will in obedience to said Execution and Order of Sale, sell all the right, title, claim and interest of the above named debtor, in, of and to the above described property at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds only, in lawful money of the United States, and apply the proceeds thereof to the payment and satisfaction of said judgment, together with the interest that may be due thereon and all costs of suit and accruing costs.
