Lopez, Jr., Artos Holding, LLC, and the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, or Successors of the above-named Defendants, as follows: A TEFRA lien in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $395,792.36, plus costs of Sheriff's Sale, together with a foreclosure of Plaintiff's lien against the Defendants, on the following described real property, to-wit: LOT 62, DANIEL MANOR NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER, IN BOOK 161 OF MAPS, PAGE 20. AKA: 939 E. Caldwell Street, Phoenix, AZ 85042. That the period of redemption of said Defendant-Mortgagors, their successors in interest and all of them be limited and restricted to thirty (30) days after the date of sale in accordance with A.R.S. 12-1282 (A) as amended.
