NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Lawrence Circuit Court of Lawrence County, Indiana, in Cause No. 47C01-2510-MF-001375, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC was Plaintiff, and Thomas J. Miller a/k/a Thomas Miller was a Defendant, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 14th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 1 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 1420 "I" Street, Bedford, IN 47421, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Lawrence County, Indiana.
A part of Lot Numbered 35 in East Bedford, an Addition to the City of Bedford, as per plat recorded April 20, 1860 in Mortgage Book 2, page 522, Lawrence County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said lot; thence North 100 feet, thence East 92 feet, more or less, to the East line of said lot; thence South 100 feet to the Southeast corner of said lot, thence West 92 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
