NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Monroe Circuit Court 1 of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C01-2504-MF-001204, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Susan Hingle and State of Indiana were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 17th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
TRACT 1:Part of the Northeast quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Seven (7) North, Range Two (2) West, in Monroe County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section Fifteen (15); thence running West Sixteen (16) rods; thence South Twelve (12) rods; thence East Sixteen (16) rods to the Section line; thence North on the Section line Twelve (12) rods to the place of beginning. Containing Two (2) acres, more or less. TRACT 2:A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 02 West, in Monroe County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stone marking the Southeast corner of said quarter quarter; thence North 89 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds West for 36.58 feet along the South line of said quarter quarter; thence North 04 degrees 05 minutes 46 seconds East 14.77 feet to a fence post; thence North 47 degrees 43 minutes 13 seconds East 41.96 feet to the centerline of Harmony Road; thence South 48 degrees 34 minutes 44 seconds East along said centerline 8.32 feet, to a magnail; thence South 02 degrees 40 minutes 22 seconds West 37.83 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.03 acre, more or less.
