By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Monroe Circuit Court 1 of Monroe County, Indiana, in Cause No. 53C01-2502-MF-000468, wherein Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2018-2, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee was Plaintiff, and Christopher Wayne Spires, Receivables Management Partners, LLC, LVNV Funding LLC, State of Indiana, Leota Rose Spires and The Unknown Occupant were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 17th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Monroe County, Indiana.
