Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered January 8, 2026, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at Steuben County Courthouse, 3 East Pulteney Square, Bath, NY 14810 on April 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Premises known as 22 East Vanscoter Street, Hornell, NY 14843. Sec 166.1 Block 6 Lot 37. All that tract or parcel of land situate on 22 East Vanscoter Street, in the City of Hornell, County of Steuben and State of New York. Approximate Amount of Judgment is $56,233.62 plus interest, fees, and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No E2023-0638CV.
The foreclosure sale will be conducted in accordance with 7th Judicial District's Covid-19 Policies and foreclosure auction rules. The Referee shall enforce any rules in place regarding facial coverings and social distancing. Should the Referee be unable to conduct the sale at the location due to social distancing restrictions, the sale shall occur outside of the building as close to the main entrance of the building as practicable.
