The Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals on the Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing in the Great Hall, Town Hall, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the petition of B4 Realestates, LLC - Edward Blackwell requesting a Special permit required per section 203-9.C in order to raze and rebuild a pre-existing non-conforming single-family dwelling on a non-conforming parcel which contains two separate dwellings on a lot on the property of 50 CHERRY ST; shown as Parcel 005-000-053C-000 of the Assessors Maps dated January 1, 2024, in a R20S Zone.
