By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Denise E. Leth and Corey J. Leth to Bank of America, N.A, dated June 8, 2010, and recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 39114 at Page 181; as affected by a loan modification agreement dated November 3, 2017 and recorded with said Deeds in Book 50755, at Page 300, as further affected by a loan modification agreement dated October 1, 2019 and recorded with said Deeds in Book 51836, at Page 128, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by an assignment of mortgage from Bank of America, N.A., to Green Tree Servicing LLC dated May 15, 2013, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 43113, Page 93; by an assignment of mortgage from Ditech Financial, LLC, successor by merger to Green Tree Servicing, LLC to MTGLQ Investors, L.P., dated August 31, 2016, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 47464, Page 145; by assignment of mortgage from MTGLQ Investors, L.P. to U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee of the BKPL Series I Trust, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 53694, Page 319; by assignment of mortgage from U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee of the BKPL Series I Trust to U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Trustee for BKPL Lodge Series I Trust, dated June 1, 2021, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 55173, Page 341; by assignment of mortgage from U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Trustee for BKPL Lodge Series I Trust to U.S. Bank Trust National Association as Trustee for BKPL Series I Trust, dated May 1, 2023, and recorded with said Deeds in Book 57985, Page 88.
