Georgia Department of Transportation Request for Feedback For P.I. No. 0017588 Glascock County The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Transportation Investment Act (TIA) Program is requesting review and feedback on the proposed project. We appreciate your participation in this process. This project proposes to construct an additional entrance at the rear of Glascock County Consolidated School in Gibson, GA. The proposed two-lane access road will improve an unpaved and/or dirt road, as well as extend an existing road. The project includes approximately 1,800 feet of new location road. Ultimately, the proposed project will connect Old Mitchell Road to Beall Springs Road, providing an east-west connection parallel to SR 102. The overall project length is 0.75 miles. GDOT has placed information about the proposed project at https://www.dot.ga.gov/GDOT/Pages/PublicOutreach.aspx.
