By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 10/13/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 04/08/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, STATE OF LOUISIANA, on the left descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at a distance of about thirteen (13) miles below the City of Thibodaux, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, servitudes, privileges, appurtenances, and advantages and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, more fully shown on survey entitled "Survey Map Showing Addendum No. 1 to Sam T. Robichaux Subdivision, situated in Sections 120 and 121, T-15-S, R-18-E, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana" dated January 11, 1974, made by Carl Heck Engineers, Inc., and approved by Carl E. Heck, registered land surveyor, a blue print of which is recorded with the Clerk of Court of the Parish of Lafourche, Louisiana, under entry number 381608, and according to which the said property is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 10 of Block 3, which said lot measures 60 feet in width fronting on Williams Street, 60.03 feet in width in the rear on the same sideline adjoining Lots 8 and 9 of Block 3 of Triple Oaks Subdivision, by a depth of 114.91 feet on the sideline adjoining Lot 9 of Block 3, and a depth of 116.77 feet an the sideline adjoining Lot 11 of Block 3.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $38149.09 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
