Lot Eight (8), Block Four (4) and Lot Nine (9), Block (4) of Cumberland Estates Addendum. No. One (1), situated in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, as shown on a map prepared by Keneth L. Rembert, PLS and entitled "Cumberland Estates Addendum No. 1, R. J. Shaw Construction Company, Inc., located in Sections 14, 15,& 16, T16S, R17E Lafourche Parish, Louisiana", designated on the official plat on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, dated November 29, 2006 and recorded at Entry No. 1020376 of the Conveyance Records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages belonging or in anywise appertaining.

And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $118967.00 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
