By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 11/19/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 04/08/26, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
Lot 13A 13B
Two lots or parcels of land designated as Lot 13A and Lot 13B of Abby Plantation Estates Subdivision located In Sections 35 and 36 of Township 14 South, Range 16 East in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana.
Lot13A
Begin at the Intersection of the southerly right of way line of Amanda Drive and the westerly right of way line of Frederick Drive; thence South 19 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 49.84 feet along the westerly right of way line of Frederick Drive to the northeast corner of Lot 13B; thence South 70 degrees 06 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 130.07 feet along the northerly line of Lot 13B to Its northwest corner, thence North 19 degrees 43 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 49.92 feet to the southerly right of way line of Amanda Drive; thence South 70 degrees 04 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of 130.05 feet along the southerly right of way line of said street to the point of beginning consisting of 6,487 square feet.
Lot 13B
For a point of reference begin at the Intersection of the southerly right of way line of Amanda Drive and the westerly right of way line of Frederick Drive; thence run South 19 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 49.84 along the westerly right of way line of Frederick Drive to the point of beginning.
From the point of beginning run South 20 degrees 00 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 50.02 feet along said westerly right of way to the northeast corner of Lot 14; thence North 70 degrees 06 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 129.94 feet along the north line of said Lot 14 to the northwest comer; thence North 19 degrees 51 minutes 47 seconds East a distance of 49.99 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 13A; thence South 70 degrees 06 minutes 58 seconds l East a distance of 130.07 feet along the south line of Lot 13A to the Point of Beginning consisting of 6500 square feet.
Both lots are shown on a plat of survey by Charles R. St. Romain, Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 31, 2007 together with all buildings, constructions and improvements thereon and all fixtures, accessories or other equipment or systems located on, in or attached thereto or dedicated to the use of said property and which are hereby declared to be immovable by Mortgagor (all herein called the "Property").
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $87244.80 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
