PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 23, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Jackson Township will hold a hearing on the application of Yosef Haim Minzberg. The hearing will take place at the Municipal Building, 95 W. Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located on 156 Willow Drive, Jackson, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 8901, Lots 4 and 5 in Jackson Township.
The applicant seeks Minor Subdivision approval to reconfigure the existing 2 lots into 2 proposed undersized lots. Proposed new lot 5.01 will be a for a single family dwelling , driveway and potable well. Proposed Lot 5.02 will contain the existing improvements. Variances will be required for minimum lot area, minimum lot width, minimum front yard setback and minimum side yard setback for principal structure and accessory structure.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
All Documents relating to the application may be inspected by the public by contacting the Board Secretary to make arrangements in the office of Planning and Zoning located 65 Don Connor Boulevard, Jackson, New Jersey during normal office hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be hears with respect to the aforesaid application.
