NOTICE OF HEARING
JOINT LAND USE BOARD
BOROUGH OF LINDENWOLD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the applicant, Kuber Ganga of Lindenwold, LLC (the "Applicant"), has applied to the Borough of Lindenwold's Joint Land Use Board (the "Board") seeking a Change of Use to convert the premises to a bar with sale of packaged goods. The Applicant also requests a waiver for site plan approval. The subject property is located in the B-1Neighborhood Business zone at 211 E. Gibbsboro Road and is shown as Block 243, Lot 4, on the Borough of Lindenwold's Tax Map, County of Camden and the State of New Jersey (the "Property"). The Applicant shall also seek any other variances, waivers, interpretations or development approvals as may be required.
A public hearing in this matter has been scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as this matter may be scheduled. The hearing shall be held in the Municipal Building, 15 N. White Horse Pie, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021.
You may appear on your own behalf, or by agent or attorney and present any testimony that you may have relevant to this application.
All papers are on file with the Joint Land Use Board Secretary and are available for public inspection during normal business hours.
