TO: Southern Woods Development LLC (administratively dissolved 12/31/2015) c/o Stephen R. Hall, Manager; occupants, if any; All persons known or unknown who may claim an interest in the property.
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Chatham County, Georgia, and being known and designated as the marshes of Georgetown on Abercorn Extension as more particularly described on that certain plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, in Plat Record Book 4-P, Page 97. Said lot, tract or parcel of land being known on the records of the Chatham County Tax Commissioner with a PIN 10994 01032. Being the same property described as Parcel No. 3 in that certain quit claim deed, dated May 4, 2001, from Georgetown Associates, a limited partnership to Southern Woods Development, LLC, recorded in Deed Book 221-Z, Page 487, on May 11, 2001, in the Chatham County, Georgia, records.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th day of April, 2026, or within 30 days after legal service of the notice, whichever is later.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the October 3, 2023, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3243 at page 596.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 20th day of April, 2026, or within 30 days after legal service of the notice, whichever is later, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Joseph M.
