NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK 2026 TOWN OF GRAND CHUTE Notice is hereby given pursuant to Wis. Stats. 70.45, that the Town of Grand Chute assessment rolls for the year 2026 will be open for examination and inspection beginning May 6, 2026 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Rolls can be examined in the main lobby at Grand Chute Town Hall, 1900 W. Grand Chute Boulevard. The Assessor will be available Wednesday, May 20, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., in the Community Room at Grand Chute Town Hall to answer questions in reference to your assessment. To schedule an appointment with an assessor, go to https://accurateassessor.powerappsportals.com/owners/. If you cannot make it during the above listed times, you can call the Assessor's Office at 920-749-8098 to talk to a live assessor or reach out to the Assessor at assessor@grandchutewi.gov. Property owners are encouraged to talk to the Assessor regarding their assessment prior to the meeting of the Board of Review. A notice of intent to file an objection at Board of Review must be received in the Town Clerk's Office at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review meeting, which is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Failure to follow the statutory steps may result in denial of your hearing.
