NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed bids for the St. Albans Wellfield project will be received by Licking Regional Water District (LRWD) at 8675 York Road SW, Pataskala, Ohio 43062 (Courier and Physical Address) until Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time, and then and there publicly opened and read. The St. Albans Wellfield project includes drilling and constructing of two 20” water supply wells on two sites (one at each site) in St. Albans township, Licking County. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Licking County as determined by the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Determinations. The Engineer’s estimate is $600,000.00 Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. In the event that the Owner is unable to obtain an Agreement with the Bidder initially selected, the Owner may award the contract to the next bid, most favorable to the Owner.
