PUBLIC NOTICE
The TOWNSHIP OF FALLS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will con-sider a Conditional Use Application at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Falls Township Municipal Building, 188 Lincoln Highway, Public Meeting Room, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. The Board of Supervisors will consider the Conditional Use Application concerning 78 E Cabot Blvd., TMP No. 13-003-008-008, located in the PIP – Planned Industrial Park District.
The Applicant, 78 E Cabot Blvd Holding LLC, seeks relief pursuant to § 208-28.C of the Falls Township Zoning Ordinance for conditional use approval to permit the property to be used for the storage of trucks and trailers, which will be an additional primary use to the existing repair shop, as more fully described in the Application.
The Board of Supervisors will consider testimony and evidence from the Applicant and any interested parties and/or residents at the hearing regarding the application, public comment, and such other information on the application as comes before the Board.
The Application may be examined by any citizen at the Falls Township Municipal Building located at 188 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, Monday through Friday be-tween the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A copy of the Application can also be found on the Township’s website, at www.fallstwp.com.
