CASE 26-02 ZONING MAP AMENDMENT: Jay Little is requesting to re-zone 132, 136, and 140 Jim Patterson Road, a total of 12.24 acres on three parcels, from General Business – Conditional Use for a wedding venue to General Business – Conditional Use for the purpose of developing a Recreational Vehicle Park. This property lies on the eastern side of Jim Patterson Road approximately 1200 ft. north from the intersection with Dixon School Road
The Board of Commissioners may change the existing zoning classification of the entire area covered by the petition, or any part thereof, without the necessity of withdrawal or modification of the petition or further publication of notice.
