YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a code lien on the following real property, lying and being situated in Brevard County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1.
A Tract of land lying in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 25 South, Range 36 East, Brevard County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 25 South, Range 36 East, thence North 89° 55'26" West, along the North fine of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 26, a distance of 203.00 feet to an intersection with the East right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence South 18°28'18" East, along said East right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 1, a distance of 629.33 feet to an Intersection with the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast % of Section 26; thence North 71°31 '42" East, perpendicular to the East right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 1, a distance of 36.98 feet to a point 35.00 feet East of the West line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26; thence North 00° 20'46" West, parallel with the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26; a distance of 584.89 feet to an intersection with the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26; thence North 89°55'26" West, along the North line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, a

A parcel of land lying in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 26, Township 25 South, Range 36 East, Brevard County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Southeast 1/4 of
Section 26, and run North 89°56'30" West, along the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, a distance of 203.49 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence run North 18°29'39" West, along said Easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 500.00 feet; thence run South 89° 56'30" East, parallel to said South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4, a distance of 299.74 feet; thence run South 18°29'39" East, parallel to said
Easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 52.81 feet; thence run South 89°56'30" East, parallel to said South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, a distance of 48.04 feet; to a point on the East line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, said point being the Northwest corner of lands per Deed Book 266, Page 569; thence run South 00° 19'44" West, along said East line a distance Of 424.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT TO a Department of Transportation Drainage Easement being 20 feet in Width and Subject to all other Easements and Rights-of-Way of record.

Beazley, Esq., Office of the County Attorney, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Building C, Suite 308, Viera, Florida 32940, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before with service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
