PUBLIC NOTICE BOROUGH OF  POINT PLEASANT BEACH  TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72 , beginning March 1, 2026, the complete text of each legal notice of the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach, County of Ocean, including the Governing Body, Boards, Commissions and the like, may be obtained or viewed by the public on the Borough’s official Internet Website,   https://www.pointpleasantbeach.org/ via the “Public Notices” button or the “Government” menu on the homepage, or directly via the URL:   https://www.pointpleasantbeach.org/302/Public-Notices. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that starting March 1, 2026, or when it becomes available, there will be a hyperlink on the municipal website to the New Jersey Secretary of State’s public notice webpage. Until such time as the New Jersey Secretary of State creates and activates the legal notices hyperlink webpage as required, the Borough shall be considered in full compliance with the statute notwithstanding the absence of the Borough’s hyperlink on the State-maintained webpage.  Eileen A.
