Killcullen, Applicants, for relief from Braintree Zoning Ordinance Requirements pursuant to Chapters 135-407 and 135-701 to create two buildable lots from the existing lot. The Applicant seeks a Variance for proposed Lot 7 Lot Area of 9,866 sq. ft., where 43,560 sq. ft is required. The property is located at 30 Sheraton Avenue, zoned Residence B within the Watershed Protection Overlay District as shown on Assessors Map 1079 Lot 12 with a total lot area of 17,866 sq. ft.
