LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BREWSTER SELECT BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Brewster Select Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 16, 2026 beginning no earlier than 6:00 pm at Brewster Town Hall, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631 to review a draft proposed Short-Term Rental Bylaw, to accept public comment thereon, and to discuss whether to place said Bylaw on a Town Meeting warrant for voters to consider its adoption. Said Bylaw would regulate the operations of Short-Term Rentals in the Town, including but not limited to authorizing the establishment of a registration and inspection system for Short-Term Rentals.   A copy of the draft is available in the Town Clerk’s Office and the Town Manager’s Office. The draft can also be found on the Town’s website here: www.brewster-ma.gov. Written comments may also be submitted to the Select Board in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to townmanager@brewster-ma.gov.
