TOWN OF SOUTHBRIDGE DPW Invitation to Bid for North St Area Road Improvements   The Town of Southbridge Department of Public Works in-vites MassDOT prequalified contractors to submit bids for North St Area Road Improvements. Copies of the Bid documents are available as of 2/26/2026. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 Section 39M and Chapter 30B section 5. Prevailing Wage Rates, State and Federal and subsequent Certified Payroll with proof of OSHA 10 certification, are required on this project. The current wage rate schedules are included with the bid package. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 03/24/2026 at 10:00AM. The sealed bid shall be clearly marked “North St. Area Road Improvements”. Bids are to be mailed or delivered to the Town Manager’s Office, 41 Elm St., Southbridge, MA 01550.
