PUBLIC NOTICE Village of Vinton, Texas RFP 2026-003— Administrative Services RFQ 2026-004—Engineering Services The Village of Vinton intends to apply to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) for 2025–2026 Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Community Development Fund assistance. The Village is soliciting: (1) proposals from qualified administrative consultants for grant application preparation and project administration services; and (2) statements of qualifications from Professional Engineers licensed in Texas for engineering services related to application preparation and project implementation. Firms must demonstrate experience with federally funded programs, including TxCDBG.
