NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS GREAT FALLS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT GREAT FALLS, MONTANA   The Great Falls International Airport Authority (GFIAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide construction services for the rehabilitation and modernization of four (4) rental car counters and associated office spaces located within the Great Falls International Airport Terminal Building, 2800 Terminal Drive, Great Falls, MT 59404. All proposals must be submitted to the Project Manager electronically via email to smbrown@m-m.net no later than 2:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, Thursday, March 26, 2026.   Detailed plans, specifications, and instructions for the submission of proposals are available at Morrison Maierle, 21 3rd St N, Unit 4B, Great Falls, MT 59401 by contacting Steve Brown, Project Manager via phone (406) 454-5103 or via email smbrown@m-m.net.   Proposers may withdraw their proposal by written request at any time prior to the due date set for receiving proposals. No proposals may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time.   The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the GFIAA.
