NOTICE TO RECEIVE SEALED BIDS BID #2526-12 The Gulf County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing the: SALINAS PARK DUNE RESTORATION This project includes restoration and replanting of an existing sand dune in Salinas Park in Gulf County, FL. The completion date for this project will be 120 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $1,685.00 per day. Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on April 23, 2026 at the Gulf County Clerk's Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, and will be opened and read aloud at a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners held in the Donald H. Butler Commission Chamber in the Robert M. Moore Administration Building, Gulf County Courthouse Complex, Port St. Joe, Florida on April 28, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Bid specifications can be obtained on the County's website www.gulfcounty-fl.gov or through the Gulf County Clerk's Office. All bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation of contractors doing business to the State of Florida.
