Any bid received that is not properly and clearly marked and thus inadvertently opened will be rejected. 4. Please note that bids must be on file in the Operations and Maintenance Office 102 no later than 3:00PM CST on April 9, 2026. Bids received after the date and hour specified will be rejected. Fax bids will not be allowed. 5. Bids will be opened and publicly read in the 201 Room on April 9, 2026 at 3:15pm CST. Award, if any, will be made within 30 days pending school board approval. 6. All bids must be guaranteed for ninety (60) days after the date of opening. 7. No bids shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond as listed in the bid documents. The check should be payable to Neenah Joint School District as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within the time limited by the Neenah Joint School District. If the successful bidder so files the contract and bond, upon the execution of the contract by the district the check shall be returned.
