The City of Wilmington Announces a Public Comment Period on the City's DRAFT 2026-2027 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN For Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) & HOME Programs and a Public Hearing Tuesday, April 7, 2026 6:30 p.m. City Hall Skyline Center Council Chambers 929 N. Front St., Wilmington, NC 28402 The Public Comment Period and Public Hearing are opportunities for citizens of Wilmington and other stakeholders to comment on the plan noted above. The 30-day Public Comment Period will begin on March 12, 2026, and end at 5 p.m. on April 10, 2026. A copy of this plan will also be available at the Skyline Center, the NHC Public Library, and the Wilmington Housing Authority.
