Take Notice that on January 22, 2025, the Joint Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Guttenberg adopted Resolution #2025-08 for 7000 Adams Street, LLC relating to premises located at Block 5 Lots: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 16, 17, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 (now known as Block 5 Lot 1.01) as designated on the Tax Map of the Town of Guttenberg and more commonly known as 7000-7008 Adams Street and 7001-7013 Jackson Street, Guttenberg, New Jersey. The applicant was granted preliminary and final site plan approval to construct a ten-story mixed-use building consisting of 195 residential units with 216 off-street parking spaces and 3 ground floor commercial spaces. The Resolution granting this application is filed in the office of the Town Clerk and is available for inspection.
