Kimball Whereas a civil action to reform a deed and quiet title to an interest in certain property in the Town of Boylston, Worcester County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, known and numbered as 718 Main Street (the "Property"), wherein the Plaintiff, John G. Phipps, is seeking to reform a deed and a Declaratory Judgment to quiet title to the Property, free and clear of any and all claims by the Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Rose M. Kimball, and anyone claiming by, though, or under them. We hereby COMMAND YOU, if you intend to make any defense, that on or before May 10, 2026 (the "Return Date"), you cause your written answer or other pleading to be filed with the Clerk of this Court, at Worcester County Superior Court, 225 Main St., Worcester, MA 01608, with a copy sent to the Plaintiffs attorney, Peter W. Shanley, Hackett Feinberg, P.C., 155 Federal Street, Boston, MA 02110, and further that you defend against said suit according to law.
