
NOTICE OF A PARCEL MAP COMMITTEE PUBLIC HEARING
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2026-01
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parcel Map Committee of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider a request by Amrik Bhandal for a tentative parcel map to create 3 parcels of record and a remainder from 1 existing parcel of record that are approximately 10.47-acres total. The property is located on the northwest corner of Prosperity Avenue and Northridge Street (APNs 166-020-039). The subject property is currently zoned C-3 (Retail Commercial).
This application and notice of hearing has been filed pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act, State of California, Division 2 - subdivision, Chapter 1, Article 1, beginning with Section 66410, California Government Code and local ordinance for implementation found in Title 8 of Section 8.28 of the Tulare City Code.
The Community Development Department has determined that the project has been analyzed pursuant to CEQA Section 15315 (Minor Divisions of Land).
If you challenge the proposed project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Tulare at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Parcel Map Committee of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, beginning at 11 a.m., Tulare City Hall, City Manager's Conference Room, 411 E.
