NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR BATHROOM UPGRADES Solicitation No. PBCHA-RFQ-2026-05 The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) acting for itself, instrumentalities and/or affiliates is soliciting sealed proposals from licensed, insured, and qualified contractors to establish a pre-qualified contractor pool for bathroom upgrade and renovation services for remote properties located throughout Palm Beach County.
