CA-724 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (Proposed Increase to Charge in Addition to 911 Fee)   Pursuant to Chapter 349 of the 2022 Acts of the General Assembly, Md. Code, Public Safety Article, §1-311, notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County, Maryland, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in the County Commissioners' meeting room, Room 1113, 100 W. Washington Street, Hagerstown, Maryland, for the purpose of considering an increase, effective July 1, 2026, to the charge in addition to the 911 fee in the amount of $2.00 per month per bill to be applied to all current bills rendered for switched local exchange access, commercial mobile radio service, or other 9-1-1 accessible service in the county.
