NOTICE
The Zoning Hearing Board of Warrington Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Warrington Township Building, 852 Easton Road, Warrington, PA, to consider the application of Eric & Jill Sanford, regarding Tax Parcel No. 50-011-002 which is located at 186 Folly Road, in the MR, Mixed Residential Zoning District of Warrington Township. Applicant seeks to use a portion of the subject residential property as a Use H1 Multigenerational Apartment. To facilitate the use, Applicant seeks the following zoning relief from the Warrington Township Zoning Ordinance: (1) a special exception pursuant to §370-415(D)(1) to permit a Use H1, Multigenerational Apartment, in the MR Mixed Residential District; (2) a variance from §370-305(H)(1)(a)(2) to permit a 2,206 square foot Use HI, Multigenerational Apartment that is 79.01% of the size of the principal residence on the Subject Property, where the maximum size of a Use H1, Multigenerational Apartment may not exceed 25% of the principal residence or 800 square feet, whichever is lesser; (3) a variance from §370-305(H)(1)(a)(5) to permit a Use H1, Multigenerational Apartment that is detached from the main dwellings where a Multigenerational Apartment is required to be contained within the main dwelling.
