NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING
The Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Lebanon, PA will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 18th, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. in the multi-purpose room of City Hall, located at 735 Cumberland Street, Lebanon, PA. Beginning at the scheduled hour, the Board will consider the following petitions:
Petition #1-2026 filed by Nevian Michael concerning the property located at 32 Mifflin St. Lebanon, PA. The owner is requesting a Special Exception to convert from the current legal use of a Single family dwelling to a 2 unit. The property is located in the Residential High Density (RHD) zoning district.
Petition #2-2026, filed by Smith and Son Enterprises LLC is requesting a Use Variance for the property located at Poplar Commons, 718 Poplar St. Lebanon, PA, to allow the use for a commercial indoor golf simulator facility in this Office and Institutional zoning district. Recreation indoor Use is not a permitted use in this district.
