The owner is requesting a Special Exception to convert from the current legal use of a Single family dwelling to a 2 unit. The property is located in the Residential High Density (RHD) zoning district. Petition #2-2026, filed by Smith and Son Enterprises LLC is requesting a Use Variance for the property located at Poplar Commons, 718 Poplar St. Lebanon, PA, to allow the use for a commercial indoor golf simulator facility in this Office and Institutional zoning district.
