Take Notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parcel 019-4-100-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, being Lot 18, Block A, Bedford Heights Subdivision, shown in Realty Book 14L, Page 357, described in Deed Book 955, Page 41, and corrected in Affidavit Stating Facts on Information and Belief in Deed Book 1856, Page 1502, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 1009 Bluebird Road.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 8th day of May, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 19th day of March, 2025, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1962 at page 1393.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 8th day of May, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
