Notice of Requests for Proposals TEXAS PANHANDLE MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION, dba TEXAS PANHANDLE CENTERS (TPC) is soliciting proposals for the purchase of five group homes that are used to serve persons with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. The group homes are located in Randall and Gray Counties, Texas. Proposals are available on TPC’s website, https://www.tesxaspanhandlecenters.org/contracting-professional-services/. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. CT on March 31, 2026, then publicly opened and read. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
