PUBLIC NOTICE TO OWNERS OF LOTS WITH GRASS AND WEEDS WITHIN THE CITY OF ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA   It is the responsibility of the property owner to cut and destroy all weeds or deleterious or unhealthful growth or other obnoxious manner, growing, lying or being in or upon any sidewalk or any lot, place or area within the City (grass should not exceed ten (10) inches when measured from soil level), and remove such weeds, growth, or matter from the premises. Such cutting and removal should be done as often as necessary in order to ensure that such lots, places, or areas do not constitute a hazard to the health of the citizens of the community.
