Notice is hereby given that MSD located at 700 W Liberty Street, Louisville, KY 40203, has filed an application with the Energy and Environment Cabinet to install approximately 1,048 linear feet of 8” gravity sewer pipe which will eliminate the Middletown Pump Station (MSD1219-PS) and Force Main. The property is located at 12610 Towne Creek Rd, Middletown, KY 40243, with the pump station to be removed located at the southwestern edge of the Towneparke Circle Office Park. The project is to extend to Wooded Falls Rd, approximately 330 feet from the intersection of Wooded Falls Rd and Ledges Dr. The closest blueline stream is Pope Lick Creek, approximately 105 southwest of the intersection.
