POLK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE OF ALTEMOSE HAULING   The Polk Township Board of Supervisors shall hold a Public Hearin on the 23rd day of March, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Polk Township Municipal Building located at 165 Polk Township Road, Kresgeville, Pennsylvania 18333, for the purpose of considering the Conditional Use Application of Altemose Hauling for approval ofa contractor yard proposed to be located on property owned by Onielo and Elvira DeLuzio located at 1124 Interchange Road, Gilbert, Pennsylvania 18331.   A complete copy of the application is available by contacting the Township Offices at below telephone number.   The property bears Monroe County Parcel ID 13.2.1.78-1 and consists of 1.24 acres.
