INVITATION TO BID PLEASANT RIDGE MANOR 2026 FLOORING AND ROOFING Sealed stipulated sum bids for “Pleasant Ridge Manor – 2026 Flooring and Roofing” will be received by Pleasant Ridge Manor, 8300 West Ridge Road, Girard, PA 16417 until Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 11:00 am prevailing time. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be immediately opened and read aloud for the following contract: General Contractor – FlooringGeneral Contractor - Roofing Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's or trust company treasurer's check, or approved surety company's bid bond, made payable to the Pleasant Ridge Manor in the amount of 10 percent (10%) of the base bid as a security. Plans and Specifications may be obtained by prospective bidders in the form of an electronic link at the office of the Architect, Roth Marz Partnership, 3505 Chapin Street, Erie, PA 16508, and (814) 860-8366 at a cost of $25.00. Any costs shall be arranged for and paid by the Contractor prior to link being released. Questions during the bid period shall be directed to the office of the Architect. All contracts exceeding $10,000 shall contain a provision requiring compliance with Executive Order 11246, entitled, “Equal Employment Opportunity,” as amended by Executive Order 11375 and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (41 CFR Part 60). A mandatory pre-bid will be held at 1:00 pm prevailing time on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at Pleasant Ridge Manor. PA Prevailing Wages shall apply. Performance; Labor & Material and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of contract will be required. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set forth in the opening of bids.
